management is a 24-hour, seven days a week job and we are on duty every
minute. Our excellent emergency response system can quickly
communicate with property managers and our people are trained on steps to
take in case of an emergency. Emergencies are no time for on-the-job
training. We also take great pride in responding to every request and
inquiry promptly and courteously.

Hands-on,
personal attention
Our
property managers visit your property at least once a week. During periods
of intense activity, such as a capital improvement project, they will visit
daily. In addition to the property manager, Lynn Whiting, Argo’s
Director of Management, makes periodic visits. Our managers also set
up work schedules, monitor the staff, handle resident inquiries and concerns
and prepare the agendas for and attend all board meetings.
