Arriving in residential brokerage via commercial real estate and ownership of a successful French bistro in Westchester, Sara Davidson brings talents and experience perfectly suited for the task. Above all, Sara says, are her abilities to communicate and understand what people want. Added to these are the negotiating and analytical skills she developed brokering complex transactions at commercial real estate firms, including Coldwell Banker. Sara also has financial experience acquired in the foreign currency, business loan and credit departments of Bank Mizrahi in her native Israel. But, a good residential real estate agent needs more than these skills; Sara brings marketing talents so every property she represents appears special. She was a clothing buyer and store manager in both New York, where she moved in the late 1990s, and Israel. Sara spends her spare time with her family and when she has an extra minute to paint.
