
Mark Moskowitz is President and Chief Executive Officer. The son of the firm's founder, Mark joined Argo in 1980 as a bookkeeper and worked his way "through the ranks" as a resident manager, salesperson, and property manager before being promoted to his current office.
Mr. Moskowitz is a graduate of Columbia College, 1985. He received his M.B.A. degree in 1991 from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. In 1986, he completed Wharton's School of Business's Family Business Program. Mr. Moskowitz is a NY State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Moskowitz brings to the firm a long-standing interest and expertise in systems, operations, business management, and the renovation of commercial office, hotel, and historic properties. He is a principal of several properties and has managed the successful conversion of three luxury apartment buildings in Manhattan. He has supervised numerous renovation projects, including in landmark properties. In addition, he has acquired specific expertise in the rights of building owners of cooperative, condominium and rental properties, and the process of protecting those rights.
With Henry Moskowitz as his mentor, Mark has merged computer, operations and financial expertise onto the foundations of this well-established and sound family business.
Mark enjoys spending time with his family, many social activities and traveling. He is an avid skier, runner and fitness enthusiast. |
