Emanuel Edwards, Director of Management with Argo Real Estate, brings more than 20 years of experience to his role in leading the property management division of Argo. Emanuel specializes in staff recruitment and development, asset management, board and resident relations, inventory control and union negotiations.

In his role, Emanuel is responsible for helping grow third-party business, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction with all property management clientele, preparing and arranging client execution of third party management agreements and renewals, and supervising Argo’s property management staff.

Emanuel joined Argo after working as Vice President of Client Relations with El-Ad U.S. Holdings, Inc., the global real estate company with a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, and the developer of the Plaza Hotel New York. Prior to working with El-Ad, Emanuel was an Executive Manager at Goodstein Management, Inc., and Managing Director with Insignia Residential Group.

A recipient of a degree in business administration from Rockland Community College, Emanuel also studied hospitality management at Florida International University. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and children in his time outside of the office.
