Armed with a BBA from James Madison University and a global perspective gained from studying in Europe, Jessica has built an impressive career marked by leadership, innovation, and excellence in real estate management.

Jessica’s professional journey began in Florida, where she worked as a Housekeeping Manager at upscale golf resorts, honing her skills in management and attention to detail. She then made a pivotal move to Waikiki, Hawaii, where she became Resident Manager for a 300-unit condominium. During this time, Jessica took on leadership roles within industry organizations, serving as the Vice President of Education on the Executive Committee for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and as an executive chair on the Mo'ili'ili Resident Manager Association.

 Her dedication and expertise were recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Accredited Resident Manager® accreditation and being named CPM Candidate of the Year in 2011. She also contributed to her building's recognition, earning Building of the Year and Resident Manager of the Year awards from IREM and the Hawaii Resident Manager Association.

In 2013, Jessica relocated to New York City, bringing her wealth of experience to the heart of the real estate industry. By 2014, she joined Argo Real Estate, where she managed a portfolio of over 600 units. Demonstrating a strategic and results-driven approach, Jessica saved Argo clients over $100,000 in 2016 by leveraging the city amnesty program to enhance compliance with building protocols as Compliance Manager. Recognizing the growing need for dedicated compliance efforts, she spearheaded the creation of Argo’s compliance department, streamlining building management processes.

Jessica continued to advance her credentials, earning her Certified Property Manager (CPM) accreditation in 2015 through IREM. She became an active member of the Greater New York Chapter, contributing to the advancement of industry standards and best practices. Her expertise and leadership led to her promotion as Director of Compliance in 2017, where she played a critical role in strengthening Argo’s regulatory strategies and compliance initiatives.

Jessica's influence in the real estate industry has only continued to grow. As of 2025, she currently serves as President for IREM Greater NY Chapter where she advocates for real estate in Washington, DC for the past two years. She is a member of the National IREM ESG Advisory Board and is actively involved as a chair on the local IREM Sustainability Committee and the Legislation Committee.

Most recently, in January 2025, Jessica was promoted to Vice President at Argo Real Estate, a testament to her dedication, expertise, and impact on the company and the industry at large. Throughout her career, she continues to participate as a moderator and panelist at various compliance events for CNYC, BE Energy, and Argo University.
