Jessica's career began as the Housekeeping Manager at upscale golf resorts in Florida, where she honed her skills in management and attention to detail. Her journey took an exciting turn when she became the Resident Manager for a 300-unit condominium in Waikiki, Hawaii. Here, she not only managed the property but also played pivotal roles in industry organizations, serving as the VP of Education on the Executive Committee for the Institute Real Estate Management and as an executive chair on the Mo'ili'ili Resident Manager Association.

During her time in Hawaii, Jessica's dedication was recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Accredited Resident Manager® accreditation and being named CPM Candidate of the Year in 2011. Her commitment to excellence was further acknowledged with Building of the Year and Resident Manager of the Year awards from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Hawaii Resident Manager Association.

In 2013, Jessica brought her wealth of experience to the heart of the concrete jungle—New York City. Joining Argo Real Estate in 2014, she took charge of a portfolio of over 600 units. Rapidly ascending the ranks, Jessica assumed the role of Director of Compliance in 2017, leaving an indelible mark on the organization.

In her tenure as Director of Compliance, Jessica demonstrated her strategic prowess by saving Argo clients over $100,000 in 2016 through innovative applications of city incentives to enhance compliance with building protocols. Recognizing the need for a dedicated compliance focus, she spearheaded the creation of a compliance department for all of Argo's buildings, ushering in a new era of streamlined and efficient management.

In 2015, Jessica achieved another milestone in her career by obtaining the Certified Property Manager accreditation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. As an active member of IREM Greater NY Chapter, she continues to contribute to the advancement of industry standards and practices. She is currently servicing as the President-Elect on the local chapter board and is slated for President in 2025. Recently, she joined the National IREM ESG Advisory Board and is a chair on the local IREM Sustainability Committee and the Legislation Committee.
