Leasing/Property Management Coordinator Analyst
Full-time | New York City
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment and interact frequently with tenants. Real Estate background preferred but not required.
Job Description
Field tenant relations inquiries and resolve tenant issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including administrative responsibilities.
Work closely with building staff and schedule inspections.
Schedule and coordinate vendor work.
Assist with invoice processing/payments.
Prepare and track leases and renewal offer letters for market rate tenants
Prepare lease transmittal forms and process transmittals for Manhattan portfolio.
Prepare rent stabilized leases for monthly mailings to buildings (Marcus Buildings).
Maintain files for rent regulated units and coordinate other compliance requirements.
Provide coverage for Leasing Associate as needed.
Handle move-in and move-out reports and tickets for Manhattan Portfolio.
DHCR/Class Action Related Matters - math skills essential
Prepare rent histories
Coordinate with legal counsel for document production
Photocopying of documents for discovery
General Duties
Assist property manager with administrative paperwork and managing calls/inquiries from residents/vendors/building staff
Enter purchase order requests and assist with invoice processing/payment
Assist in preparing building-related correspondence/memorandums
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Prior Property Management experience a plus.
Proven customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to listen, think clearly and to communicate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to determine needs and achieve results without close supervision.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
