About Coco Dorneanu
Born in Romania, Coco became a native New Yorker almost four decades ago. Raised in a real estate family, she practically grew up on construction sites, spending time with her father, who managed, built, and owned homes in the City. After receiving her B.A. in psychology and working in a design/sales capacity at the Pace Collection—both excellent training for her future career—Coco has spent the past 21 years selling real estate.
Coco has sold apartments, lofts, and townhouses in most areas of Manhattan, as well as in many neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens, including Long Island City and Greenpoint. While at The Corcoran Group, before launching The LivNY Team at Argo Residential, her outstanding sales record made Coco a consistent member of Corcoran’s Multi-Million-Dollar Club of top producers.
By far, Coco’s favorite aspect of selling real estate is developing close, long term relationships with her clients, who, in turn, value her knowledge and sensitivity and seek out her expertise time and again for all things around their property. On par with the thrill of selling real estate in New York, Coco appreciates spending time with her husband, daughter and spunky Yorkshire Terrier; traveling to beaches anywhere in the world.
