Important Notice – Information Submission to Argo Real Estate

The information requested in this form is being collected by Argo Real Estate for purposes of preparing and submitting required documentation to the New York City Department of Finance (DOF) for the 2026/2027 tax year.

To meet the ownership and residency requirements set by the New York City Department of Finance (DOF) for the 2026/2027 tax year, you must have purchased the unit, transferred ownership to a trust, or added or removed an owner on the stock certificate or deed on or before January 5, 2026.

The NYC DOF solely determines whether your unit qualifies for the tax abatement, and Argo Real Estate does not make this determination.

By submitting the following form, the undersigned certify that the information provided is accurate and may be relied upon by the New York City Department of Finance (DOF) to determine eligibility for the Coop/Condo Tax Abatement. Any changes to primary residence status must be reported immediately to Argo Real Estate at coopabatement@argo.com to ensure accurate reporting to the NYC DOF.

The undersigned agree to hold Argo Real Estate harmless against any claims related to the DOF’s approval, denial, or adjustment of the abatement.

The undersigned further acknowledge that personal exemptions, such as STAR, SCHE, and Veterans benefits, are their sole responsibility to file separately with the DOF.
