Mr. Orenstein has 20 years of experience, many of which as an executive leader in residential property management and development. He has personally overseen teams, managed properties and spearheaded new developments in the greater New York City area working for prominent property management firms and with industry-leading development partners.

Mr. Orenstein is a native New Yorker, and is active in a number of local charities.  After his graduation from the Browning School, he attended Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration as well as Marist College at which he earned Sigma Alpha Pi honors. This education laid the foundation for his experience and prowess in cost-effective operations, preventative maintenance of his projects and properties, and implementation of training protocols utilized by the foremost leaders in the hospitality industry. He lends this expertise to our team here at Argo and for our clients.
