Art Deco Masterpiece Beautifully Renovated

Problem: How do you coordinate the complete renovation of a 100-unit period stunner without an assessment?

Solution: Argo has been proud to manage this 100-unit landmark Art-Deco building since it was converted to a cooperative in 1960. Our team carefully planned and phased renovations to avoid any additional out-of-pocket expenses to the shareholders. Argo supervised a Local Law 11 façade restoration with a cost that exceeded $800,000, then guided a complete renovation of the building hallways and elevator cabs. Argo was also a key player in implementing a preservation program of the building’s signature steel casement windows. Despite a price tag that was well over three quarters of a million dollars, all work was completed with no special assessments.
