About LivNY

The LivNY Team at Argo Residential

Buyers are looking for more than square footage. What they want is the right home in a neighborhood that mirrors their interests and lifestyles. The LivNY Team at Argo Residential uses our decades of experience in New York’s incredible neighborhoods to help buyers and sellers make the right match.

Our “full service” model means we let clients know up front about neighborhood activities, restaurants, and other amenities.  We can even help you get work done in your apartment. And our in-depth knowledge of investing, development, and building management means we can make deals better in ways you may not have imagined possible.

We chose Argo Residential to launch our new venture because they understand and support our “full-service” concept, and are a very forward-thinking company. Plus, their history in building management gives us additional expertise to bring to the table as we seek to disrupt the notion of what it means to be a real estate agent in New York City. We are excited to be supported by their experience, reputation, and vision.

About Tiffany Ong

Tiffany brings an invaluable combination of veteran experience, exceptional service, and a deep knowledge of NYC to her role as one of one of the leading real estate agents in the city.  After 15 years of specializing in residential sales in a city, where buying or selling a home is equivalent to a full-time job, Tiffany’s ability to efficiently guide her clients from point A to point B in a given transaction is not only second nature, it is a process she enjoys as much now as she did on her very first day.  Her passion for her work and her natural way with people, are reflected by her diverse repeat-and-referral based clientele, and an industry-wide reputation as a focused, energetic broker who not only meets, but consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations.

Prior to her time in real estate, Tiffany enjoyed a successful career in finance that continues to benefit her current real estate clients.  After graduating from Baruch College with a degree in International Marketing, Tiffany spent five years working in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and also held multiple positions in the Internet, Marketing, and e-commerce divisions of CitiCards at Citigroup- Roles.

Outside of work, Tiffany stays busy in the city with her young son, who enjoys visiting NYC attractions like the Museum of Natural History, the Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Gardens, and the Brooklyn Transit Museum.  As the owner of various condos around NYC, she regularly offers her clients her firsthand insights as a New York homeowner.  She currently resides in Union Square.

About Coco Dorneanu

Born in Romania, Coco became a native New Yorker almost four decades ago. Raised in a real estate family, she practically grew up on construction sites, spending time with her father, who managed, built, and owned homes in the City. After receiving her B.A. in psychology and working in a design/sales capacity at the Pace Collection—both excellent training for her future career—Coco has spent the past 21 years selling real estate.

Coco has sold apartments, lofts, and townhouses in most areas of Manhattan, as well as in many neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens, including Long Island City and Greenpoint. While at The Corcoran Group, before launching The LivNY Team at Argo Residential, her outstanding sales record made Coco a consistent member of Corcoran’s Multi-Million-Dollar Club of top producers.

By far, Coco’s favorite aspect of selling real estate is developing close, long term relationships with her clients, who, in turn, value her knowledge and sensitivity and seek out her expertise time and again for all things around their property. On par with the thrill of selling real estate in New York, Coco appreciates spending time with her husband, daughter and spunky Yorkshire Terrier; traveling to beaches anywhere in the world.

Flatiron

Pushing north from Greenwich Village up to the Flatiron Building — merging Broadway and Fifth Avenue on 23rd Street — is the Flatiron District, a small, special area in which to find a home. Historically known as a luxe shopping and manufacturing district, Flatiron offers loft living flanked by the amazing conveniences of the farmers market in…

Although many think of Greenpoint as an industrial enclave north of Willamsburg, Brooklyn, people in-the-know know that its history is as rich as its landmark status. Perched at the crown of northern Brooklyn, Greenpoint is a short walk from Long Island City, Queens to the north and Williamsburg, Brooklyn to the south. It is also positioned along the…

Lower East Side

Some say remnants of “old” New York still exist on the Lower East Side. The infusion of cultures and generations past can be felt as one wanders past the tenement-style homes on Delancey, Allen, and Orchard Streets, and the vibrant street art of East Houston. The Lower East Side is host to the “new” as…

SoHo

SoHo is the mecca of cast-iron building. Ornate and strong, this architecture is now a draw for tourists and art aficionados. When artists like Basquiat and Warhol made their mark on the area, it was a haven for creative up-and- comers — a gritty downtown scene. Now, those same lofts house the most exquisite homes, galleries, and…
