Vara Walton leads Argo Real Estate’s Human Resources function, overseeing recruitment, performance management, professional development, and training programs for the company. Vara is a highly seasoned Human Resources professional, having led the HR departments of several major New York City property management, development, and construction firms. In addition to her expertise in corporate HR, she is an expert in building staff issues, including payroll and 32BJ union protocols. Vara is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), from which she received her SHRM-CP certification. She received her MSHR from Mercy College.
