  • As the in-house legal counsel for Argo Real Estate, Wendy Moskowitz handles the company’s non-litigation work, focusing on commercial leasing, contracts and corporate/partnership matters. She also provides legal consultation and advice on management and compliance issues, and acts as a liaison with outside counsel for the company.

    Wendy joined Argo in the early 1990’s. She was previously an associate at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius in California and New York, and also worked at the New York law firm Sonnenschein, Sherman & Deutsch, LLP. Wendy graduated from Brown University in 1978 and earned her law degree from Hofstra Law School in 1981, where she was on the Law Review. She is admitted to the bars of New York, Connecticut and California, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

    In her free time, Wendy enjoys traveling, reading and working out, as well as spending time with her husband, four children and five grandchildren. She is a strong supporter of Israel and the Jewish community, and serves on the national board of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.
